Choose the configuration you want, check the watch being offered, and agree the order terms before you approve dispatch. This replica watch guide takes you through those decisions in that order. Start with the exact watch. A model name or factory label is only part of an order: case size, dial, bezel, bracelet, movement description and included options all need to match your request. Include the model or reference, case size, dial colour, bezel and bracelet. Add the advertised factory or version and movement designation separately, so they do not disappear into a general product name. For example, a fictional request might be: “Datejust-style model, 41 mm, blue dial, fluted bezel and Jubilee-style bracelet. Please confirm the exact version, movement description, included bracelet links and total quotation.” This example describes a request, not a verified listing or a recommendation of a particular supplier. If you are comparing a VSF Datejust with another offered version, keep the size, dial and bracelet the same. Otherwise, a difference in the photos may come from the configuration itself. For a buyer reviewing seller material, the practical task is to check whether the identified watch matches the agreement and whether anything visible needs clarification. Ask the seller which photos and videos show the unit reserved for your order. Work through the [QC checklist](/rwi-docs/replica-watch-qc-checklist.md), then request specific missing views. A useful reply names the issue and the evidence needed, such as a straight-on date-window photo, rather than asking whether everything is “good.” ## Before dispatch: close the open questions Save the agreed configuration, the reviewed photo set and the seller's answers in one [order template](/rwi-docs/watch-order-and-qc-template.md). Confirm what happens if a different unit is substituted. Keep preparation time, dispatch time and carrier transit separate when discussing delivery. If a question could change your decision, leave it open until it has an answer.
